An East Norriton man is accused of having sex with an underage female student at Norristown Area High School. 26-year-old Michael Holt is a U.S. Army Sergeant who was assigned to the school as a recruiter from June to December of last year.  The sex acts allegedly took place during that time period in West Norriton and Upper Providence Townships.
