Worcester lawyer David Manilla has waived his formal arraignemnt in Bucks County court.   He is charged with killing a 52-year-old Quakertown man while hunting on the first day of deer season last November.   Investigators say the victim was shot while dragging a dead deer on property adjacent land owned by Manilla on California Road in Richland Township.   Former Montgomery County District Attorney Mike Marino is the uncle of the defendent.   Marino was with Manilla when the victim was shot.   A trial is scheduled to start in Bucks County court on March 28th..
