Bucks County Register of Wills Barbara Reilly is accused of requiring her staff to do political campaign work on the taxpayers’ time. She is charged with political corruption, and her first and second deputies and an administrator also face criminal charges.  A grand jury indictment says they held a “shredding party,” trying to destroy evidence, after they found out they were under investigation.
