A man who died in a Friday night fire in East Norriton has been identified as 49-year-old John Rowan. He lived at the Rolling Green Apartments on Swede Road.  His dog was found alive and taken to a veterinarian for treatment.  All other residents were evacuated safely, thanks to an alarm system.  An investigation is continuing, but the cause appears to be accidental.
