A Philadelphia man is accused of burglarizing two homes in Franconia. 46-year-old Hassien Sistrunk is charged with burglary and related offenses.  Police say the homes were broken into during the daytime last may in the area of Rittenhouse Place and Indian Creek Road, behind Franconia Community Park on Allentown Road.  Police say they got new leads over the last few months and arrested him Wednesday at his home in a joint operation with Montgomery County Detectives and Philadelphia Police.
