Convicted Rapist Gets Prison Followed By Deportation

prison_1A Bucks County man found guilty of raping a woman and exposing himself to a teenage boy in separate incidents has been given at least seven years and eight months in state prison. 49-year-old Emigdio Asencio was sentenced Monday in Bucks County Court.  He was first arrested in August of 2009, after a 17-year-old boy told police Asencio had lured him to his Bucks Landing apartment in Warminster and raped him.  A jury found him not guilty of rape but guilty of indecent exposure, and DNA police collected while investigating that case led them to another unsolved rape.  Asencio was convicted last September in that case, where the victim was a 42-year-old woman.  He will be deported to his native El Salvador after he serves his prison term.
