Montco Man Gets Jail Time For Construction Equipment Thefts
A man who admitted stealing equipment from several Montgomery County construction sites is going to jail.
51-year-old Daniel Leflar of Pottstown, who pleaded guilty to felony conspiracy to commit theft, has been given 2 1/2 to 5 years in state prison for thefts committed in late 2009 and early 2010 in East Norriton, Plymouth, Conshohocken, Lower Providence and Lower Frederick. The items stolen included trailers, air compressors, jackhammers and a backhoe-loader. His co-conspirator, 48-year-old Guy Walker of Collegeville, was sentenced earlier to 11 1/2 months in county prison.
