A Pennsburg man is going to jail for selling drugs in an alley not far from his home. 24-year-old Cedric “Ace” Tyrell of Main Street pleaded guilty to a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and cocaine.  A judge gave him six months in Montgomery County Prison followed by three years probation.  Police acting on a tip placed the alley under surveillance and watched him hand another man a package in exchange for cash.  When they ordered him to the ground he ran across a parking lot with police in pursuit, and they arrested him when he fell down in the front yard of a Main Street home.
