A Hatfield Township man who admitted hitting another man with a baseball bat is going to jail. 68-year-old Richard Hill pleaded guilty to a felony charge of aggravated assault in the incident, which happened in May of last year at the Oak Park Manor Apartments on West Main Street during a fight with a man who lived in an apartment above his.  Court documents say he hit the other man hard enough to break the wooden bat in two.  The men had feuded in the past.  A judge gave Hill six to 23 months in Montgomery County Prison and ordered him to have no further contact with the victim.
