Another parent has admitted leaving his kids in a car while he gambled at the Parx Casino in Bucks County. Tam Truong of Northeast Philadelphia pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of children.  He was given two years probation and ordered to take parenting classes.  He is also barred from the casino for two years.  He was celebrating his 38th birthday last November when he allegedly left his two girls, age six and eight, alone in his Toyota Sienna minivan for about a half-hour.  Bensalem Township Police say Truong was also drunk when they found him, with a blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit for driving, but he was not charged with DUI because they could not prove he drove to the casino in that condition.
