Fire Tuesday morning heavily damaged a home on Old Bethlehem Pike in Richland Township, near the Station Road Traffic Circle. Firefighters had to rescue the owner from the porch roof when they arrived shortly before 11:00am.  He was up there trying to extinguish the fire with a garden hose.  The Bucks County and Richland Fire Marshals are investigating the cause.
