Ex NP Vice Principal Challenging Evidence Against Him
A former North Penn school administrator says prosecutors have insufficient evidence to try him for having improper contact with boys.
A judge has set a March 2 hearing where his lawyer will challenge the evidence against a former Pennbrook Middle School Vice Principal, 37-year-old Charles Hurst of Montgomery Township. He is accused of giving two 13-year-olds money and gifts to talk about their sexual activity and encouraging one to engage in a lewd act. He is charged with endangering the welfare of children and corrupting minors.
