A Quakertown man is accused of making a small girl dress up in women’s high-heeled shoes and engage in sexual activity with him. 39-year-old Brian Fuller is charged with indecent assault and related offenses.  Court documents say he would blindfold her with a scarf before molesting her.  The case came to light last month when the girl, now eleven years old, told police Fuller had been molesting her for about six years.
