An Upper Moreland man has admitted killing another man by hitting him over the head with a baseball bat in a fight over a woman. 51-year-old Thomas Bellezza of Davisville Road pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter Monday in Montgomery County Court, admitting that he killed 53-year-old Robert “Rusty” Masten of Horsham early this year.  Police found the victim lying on the ground in February, bleeding heavily in front of a home on MacIntosh Court in Horsham.  It was the home of Denise DeMino, Bellezza’s former girlfriend.  Masten had gone there for dinner, and Bellezza waited for him to come outside.  The two men struggled, and witnesses say Bellezza grabbed the bat and struck Masten while he was lying on the ground.
