A Bridgeport man has admitted approaching two teenage girls while wearing a Barack Obama mask.
43-year-old Salvatore Manzo pleaded guilty to harassment in Montgomery County Court. More serious charges, including corruption of minors, were dropped as part of a plea agreement after investigators found that he did not touch the girls or make sexual advances. A judge gave him 29 days already served in jail and ordered him to have no further contact with the girls. The incident occurred last June near Fourth and Jefferson Streets in the Swedesburg section of Upper Merion Township, in the shadow of Sacred Heart Church.
