A Franconia man has admitted stabbing another Franconia man in the chest during an early August argument. 20-year-old Derick Matthews pleaded guilty to aggravated assault in the stabbing and wounding of 20-year-old Matthew Cassel.  Court documents say Matthews showed up uninvited at a party in Cassel’s home, and when Cassel asked him to leave he became agitated and pulled out a knife.
