Two Upper Bucks County residents are accused of performing sex acts on the front porch of a home on Main Street in Richlandtown. 20-year-old Ashley Gilley of Quakertown and 23-year-old Jose Tompkins of Richlandtown are charged with disorderly conduct.  A passerby who saw them at about 4:00am Thursday called state police, who say they admitted their public display of affection.
