A Bucks County contractor who admitted taking money to do sidewalk and driveway concrete work that he never finished has been barred from doing business. 62-year-old James Mucci of Croydon must also spend five years on probation and pay nearly $15,000 in restitution, and he faces numerous lawsuits.  His lawyer says Mucci tried to finish the jobs, but he ran short on money and supplies and fell behind.  He says his client is not a bad guy, but not a good businessman.
