A Bucks County man is accused of speeding and driving drunk with an eight-year-old child in the car. 49-year-old Carlton Jones of Perkasie is charged with DUI and recklessly endangering another person.  He was arrested Sunday afternoon on Ridge Road in East Rockhill.  He is in jail and the child is staying with a relative.
