A 16-year-old North Wales boy is accused of performing spinout maneuvers while driving drunk in a North Penn High School parking lot. He was charged with DUI and underage drinking.  The incident happened shortly after 6:00pm last Saturday, while students were tailgating prior to the North Penn High School football game.  The teen was released to a parent pending processing in Montgomery County Juvenile Court.  A 17-year-old Towamencin Township juvenile was cited for underage drinking in connection with the same incident.
