Two current and former Montgomery County elected officials are accused of evading federal income taxes. 40-year-old Skippack Township Supervisor Mark Marino and 38-year-old former Limerick Township Supervisor David Kane are named in a federal grand jury indictment that charges them with tax evasion and fraud.  They were partners in Kane Core Incorporated, a real estate development firm.  The indictment says they used corporate funds to pay their personal expenses including housekeepers, a strip club, sports tickets and vacations, and did not report the payments to the Internal Revenue Service.  A business associate, Jamie Baugher of West Berlin, New Jersey faces similar charges.  The indictment does not allege that either man misused his public office.  Marino is the son of former Montgomery County Commissioner and District Attorney Mike Marino.
