Horsham Police are looking for a man who exposed himself while riding a bicycle on Jarrett Road, between Privet and Babylon Roads, at about 1:45 Tuesday afternoon. Police say he rode past several teenage girls who were walking, apparently to make sure no witnesses would come along, and then returned wearing nothing but a black t-shirt.  It’s an isolated area, frequented by joggers and walkers, not far from Hatboro-Horsham High School.  He is described as a white man in his late 40’s or early 50’s.  Anyone who may have seen him should call Horsham Township Police at 215-643-3600.
