Another parent is accused of leaving children unattended in a car while gambling at the Parx Casino in Bucks County. 34-year-old Paul Vargas of Bensalem is charged with endangering the welfare of children.  Court documents say he left a seven-year-old, a twelve-year-old and a puppy in the parking lot while he went inside and played blackjack.  It was the sixth time this summer that a parent has been arrested for leaving children in vehicles outside the casino, located on Street Road in Bensalem.
