Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler says a burglary suspect hanged himself early Wednesday morning inside a cell at the Upper Makefield Township police station. 22-year-old former Council Rock High School honor student Scott Storjohann of Washington Crossing was stopped late Tuesday night while riding a bicycle, dressed all in black, wearing a ski mask and carrying a knife.  He hanged himself by looping his belt through the upper part of the cell door, and the Bucks County coroner’s office has ruled the death a suicide.
