A Bucks County man is accused of kissing, fondling and groping a 14-year-old girl on Monday of last week at his West Rockhill home. 40-year-old Allen McKinley is charged with indecent assault and corrupting a minor.  Court documents say he removed her pants and underwear, and he finally ended his advances after she told him repeatedly to stop.  Later he sent her a text message apologizing for the incident.  He is out on bail on the condition that he has no contact with the girl.
