A Montgomery County man who admitted having sex with a twelve-year-old girl he met on the internet has been given five to ten years in state prison. 27-year-old Ian Kugler of Main Street in Schwenksville pleaded guilty last year to aggravated indecent assault and unlawful contact with a minor.  State police say the pair exchanged cell phone text messages after meeting in an online chat room in the summer of 2008, and that led to a meeting at a Montgomeryville movie theater, which led to sexual acts at his apartment.
