Quakertown Police have cited four teenage boys who live in the area for abusing ducks in Memorial Park. The boys, all between the ages of 13 and 16, were cited under an ordinance that bars hunting or molesting wildlife in the park.  Witnesses saw the boys kicking the ducks and throwing rocks at them near a creek that flows through the park, and some ducks were walking with a limp or had sagging wings.
