The heat wave has claimed a pair of lives in Norristown. The lifeless bodies of two men were discovered inside a stifling hot apartment on Pearl Street Friday morning.   Law enforcement officials  say the door was locked and the windows were shut.   The one fan in the apartment was not working.   Investigators also say there was no evidence of foul play and no sign of Carbon Monoxide .
