A former Montgomery County youth group volunteer is going to jail for inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old girl. 53-year-old Albert Urban of Abington pleaded guilty to indecent assault and corruption of minors.  He must serve six to 23 months in county prison and also have a psychological examination.  He admitted kissing the girl on the lips and neck while driving her home from a Police Athletic League activity in June of last year.
