Funeral services were held Friday for the top law enforcement officer of East Norriton Township.   Police Chief John McGowan was killed in a Lehigh Valley motorcycle accident more than a week ago.   Hundreds of township residents as well as many police officers from across Montgomery county came out to pay their final respects.   McGowan was the police chief in East Norriton for almost 20 years.
