Man Gets Prison For Shooting Up Bucks Co Home
A Bucks County judge has given a Philadelphia man 10 to 20 years in state prison for firing 13 bullets into a Quakertown home, where a resident owed him money for drugs.
Judge Wallace Bateman found 22-year-old Mario Pollock guilty of discharging a firearm into an occupied building and other offenses. The judge told him drugs and guns are a bad combination. The incident happened three days before Christmas at a West Cherry Road home occupied by a man, a woman and their two children, ages 6 and 8. The family was asleep and no one was hurt, but one bullet landed in a pile of children’s toys.
