A Delaware County man is accused of giving a 19-year-old Hilltown woman an unauthorized breast exam. Police say 59-year-old Dennis Smith of Havertown, who works as a cardiac monitor technician for CardioNet of Conshohocken, arranged a visit to her home under false pretenses to conduct a physical exam, which included touching her breasts.  When she discussed the incident with her parents they called police.
