Norristown High Speed Line Extension

SEPTA officials want to make King of Prussia more accessible.   Tuesday night they held a public meeting to roll out plans for the extension of the Norristown High Speed Line that would serve the Plaza and the Court as well as other parts of Upper Merion Township.   Track for the extension would be laid in existing utility or railroad right-of-ways, branching off from the main track between the DeKalb Street and Hughes Park stations.   SEPTA will hold another public meeting about the extension proposal Thursday night on the second floor of One Montgomery Plaza in Norristown.   Hours are between 4 PM and 8 PM.
