Code Blue Declared
The Montgomery County Health Department has declared a Code Blue alert through 6:00pm Monday, December 31.
It means that cold weather poses a threat of serious harm or death to people without shelter.
A Code Blue is issued when the forecast calls for a temperature or wind chill below 20 degrees.
