Lansdale officials have rolled out a budget for next year.   The spending plan totals about $31,200,000 and does not raise property taxes.   Sewer rates will remain the same too.   The proposed budget includes funding for an additional employee at the waste water treatment plant as well as an information technology professional.   Borough council will take final action on the budget December 19th.   This is the second year in a row that Lansdale officials have held the line on property taxes.
