State transportation officials say the Route 202 Parkway will open on December 3rd.   The long anticipated highway will connect the Lansdale and Doylestown areas with an 8.4 mile stretch of blacktop that should relieve traffic congestion around Montgomeryville.   It will have four lanes between Route 63 and Horsham Road in Montgomery Township and two lanes the rest of the way to Route 611 in Doylestown Township.
