The Upper Dublin Township Planning Commission is looking at a proposal to re-zone four acres adjacent to the Dreshertown Plaza, at Dreshertown Road and Limekiln Pike.

A developer wants to move a Rite-Aid drug store from an interior location to a free-standing site with a drive-though window.

The site is currently zoned residential, but the developer says no one would buy a house at that location because it’s right next to the shopping center.
