The chief administrator of Lansdale is back on the job.   Borough Manager Timi Kirchner returned from a medical leave of absence last Thursday.   She was on the mend for about six weeks following surgery and doesn't feel all that much out of the swing of things.   Police Chief Bob McDyre was the interim Borough Manager while Kirchner was recovering.
