A Philadelphia man admits trying to steal the aluminum bleachers at Elkins Field in Lower Moreland.   30-year-old Christopher McGiven wanted to sell them for scrap metal.   He was arrested last fall after his car got stuck in the mud at the field.   Investigators say he gutted the inside of his car in order to have enough room to put the bleachers inside.
