First Niagara Bank is closing branches in four Montgomery County retirement communities, effective later this summer. They are Foulkeways at Gwynedd in Lower Gwynedd, Acts Normandy Farms in Blue Bell, the Peter Becker Community in Harleysville and Meadowood in Worcester.  The faith-based organizations that operate the retirement communities are looking for other banks to open on-site branches.  First Niagara says residents can use other nearby branches.
