The U.S. Postal Service says there is no truth to the rumor that the Norristown Post Office is closing. Cathy Yarosky of the Postal Service says the Norristown Branch, on Airy Street next to the Montgomery County Courthouse, is currently not for sale, but it is under review along with all other post offices.  She says they have a 57-step closing process that takes several months.
