PennDot reopened Main Street in Hatfield Friday, two weeks after closing it because of a large sinkhole. It was closed between Chestnut Street and Towamencin Avenue while crews completed repairs.  The sinkhole was caused by damage to a stone drainage culvert, possibly resulting from repeated flooding over a period of years.
