Windowizards Back In Business
“I’ve often said to folks that it’s OK for a business to have problems. It happens all the time for businesses to have problems occasionally. What separates them in my consumer protection role is how they deal with those problems, and so far I have to say they seem to be doing good, but we have a long way to go still.”
Windowizards Chairman Harvey Goodman says the company intends to give all customers exactly what they ordered. Bannon says most complaints are about deposits placed for work that was not done, but some people are concerned about long-term warranties and federal tax credits for energy-saving windows that expire at the end of the year. He says the Bucks County Consumer Protection Department will work with people on those issues.
