The U.S Defense Department has told Horsham Township it has 892 acres of the Willow Grove Naval Air Station available for redevelopment. That means the Horsham Land Reuse Authority can start reviewing land development plans.  It will hold a series of meetings to get public input.  The Navy and Marines are moving off the base by next year, but the Pennsylvania Air and Army National Guard and reservists will maintain a 210-acre installation.
