The Peter Becker Community broke ground Monday afternoon for a renovation and expansion project. Plans call for renovating skilled nursing, increasing personal care and adding a specialized dementia care unit.  Nine wings are being renovated in all at the main campus in Franconia, and the $10 million project should be finished within about two years.
