The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission will open a third “E-Zpass Only” lane at one minute past midnight Sunday, that’s 12:01am Monday, at the Willow Grove toll plaza. The commission says cash customers who enter the lane by mistake should not stop.  That could cause an accident because E-ZPass users keep moving.  A camera will take a picture of their license plate and they will be ticketed by mail.  Motorists can appeal the violation and fine by returning a form along with an explanation of what happened, their ticket, and payment of the toll due.
