Local School District May Save Info Digitally

In an effort to avoid saving paper information multiple times, the North Penn School District is contemplating moving to a digital system that scans paper information and saves it digitally to a system that will prevent redundancies. According to officials, the system would cost the district in the neighborhood of 250-thousand dollars to 500-grand.  School district information, in accordance with The Right-to-Know Law, must be saved for 100-years.
