Residents In Bucks County Could Benefit From A Weatherization Program. The Bucks County Opportunity Council Is Heading Up The Program. Eileen Albillar is the Director Of The Home Energy Conservation Program For The Non-Profit. Albillar says, resident that qualify could have their homes winterized at no-cost. “A family of four earning 44-thousand dollars can qualify for the program. An individual homeowner can also take part in the program. An individual who earns 21-thousand dollars can qualify.”

Albillar Adds, air sealing and insulation are some of the main strategies that are carried out to help homeowners save money on fuel costs. The non-profit receives funds from the State and Federal Government. Bucks County residents who qualify can call The Bucks County Opportunity Council for an application at 215-529-1663
