A Montgomery Township man has been accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl between June of 2007 and August 2008. A Montgomery Township man has been accused of molesting a 10-year-old girl between June of 2007 and August 2008. 75-year old Joseph Michaud is charged with aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and corruption of minors. The victim, now 12-years old told police Michaud touched her in the sunroom of his residence. Michaud admitted to the act and remains free on 25 thousand dollars bail.
