Fire struck the Top of the Hill apartment complex on Heights Road in Lower Southampton Friday afternoon.   The blaze started in a third floor unit.   The renter of the apartment was not there but another couple was.   No one was hurt but six  units sustained significant damage.   Law enforcement officials have labeled the fire suspicious but no arrests have been made. The investigation is continuing.
